HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We couldn’t be happier with our new front door and the service provided by Ridley Windows & Doors West! From start to finish, the team was professional, quick to respond, on budget and left the job site sparkling clean. They had incredible attention to detail, ensuring the install was done to the highest standard. The quality of the door installed is exceptional and I would highly recommend. We went from a standard double door to single door that is 8 feet tall and 42 inches wide and it has completely transformed the front of our house! Can’t wait to call Ridley to replace our windows when the time comes!

Fourth time we used ridley west. Ridley did a fantastic job installing very large and beautiful custom wood windows and doors in keeping with the character of the house. Installers were AMAZING. Clean, detail oriented and so polite and thoughtful.

Great job from start to finish! Dan did a bang-up job at my house understanding what I wanted.  Steve came out to do final measurements and talk about a couple adjustments I might want to consider (and I did!). Then the install team of Shianne and Onche just did really beautiful job of installing the windows.  They installed 7 windows.  The finishing was superb, they took away all the old windows and the place was spotless afterwards.  Would highly recommend!

I was referred to Ridley from my pastor at the local parish in Milton. Their staff was friendly and helpful not afraid to make suggestions where necessary. They called when my windows and doors were in and came on the days they committed to. Ridleys installation team led by Cheyenne  and I hope I got her name right ,was outstanding they cleaned up as they went along and were never bothered by any question I may had. The results were well beyond my expectations they were kind and courteous  I have a lot more work to be done on my house but they never pushed or tried to sell me more than the my budget could afford at this time, you can be sure going forward there is no one I would trust more then Ridley windows and doors to do the job.
